Adopt-a-Center
Silver Age Yoga has designed a unique and innovative fund raising program which provides a way for local businesses, organizations and community support-minded individuals to become active supporters of a universal cause: senior health. The popular Adopt-A-Center program has produced critical funding for Silver Age Yoga and has benefited hundreds of seniors.
In a Nutshell
The sponsoring entity "adopts" a senior center. The donation will provide funding for Silver Age Yoga to teach free yoga in a mutually agreed upon senior center for one year. The program cost of $2,500 is tax deductible.
Eighty percent of the funds is disbursed to the certified yoga teacher teaching Silver Age Yoga at the center for one year. The remaining twenty percent supports the administration and management of Silver Age Yoga, including all our efforts to bring local media coverage and community recognition to the sponsor.
