Adopt-a-Center
Silver Age Yoga offers a unique opportunity for companies, individuals and other entities to adopt a Community Outreach senior center or venue. A tax-deductible contribution of $3,500 provides a year of free, weekly yoga classes for seniors. Currently one-third of our venues are funded, while two-thirds are in need of sponsors for their continuance.
When you choose to sponsor one year of yoga classes at the senior center or venue of your choice, your gift will benefit seniors beyond imagination.
Donor Benefits:
- Your donation is fully tax-deductible
- Press releases will be sent to local media if you wish.
- You or your company name will be listed on our Sponsor page and be displayed on a Perpetual Recognition plaque at the site you adopted if you desire.
If you wish to contribute to our Community Outreach program but are unable to afford the sponsorship of a venue or center, any amount of contribution would be deeply appreciated to help keep our programs in operation. Click the button below to donate now via credit card or PayPal

Testimonials
When I enrolled in the first Silver Age Yoga class, I had high blood pressure and had been diagnosed as pre-osteoporosis. Prior to learning about the class, my husband had attended an elder law meeting where the speaker-a doctor- said a low dose of aspirin daily and yoga were all seniors needed to make their lives better. It was my husband's suggestion that I sign up for the class.
I attended regularly for a year. When I returned to the hospital for another bone density scan, there was no sign of osteoporosis. My doctor could not believe it! He asked me "How could that be?" My blood pressure was also considerably lower. My attendance at class was pretty regular until a change in my schedule. I sometimes missed class for two months at a time. When I returned for another bone density scan, this time I was diagnosed with osteoporosis of the lower spine.
Since then, I have determined to be in class on a regular basis. My blood pressure remains acceptable and by the next bone density scan, I plan on saying goodbye to osteoporosis.
