Before you enroll
The yoga teacher certification path is for graduates of a 200-hour or higher yoga teacher training, or a comparable program. Caregivers and related professionals can take the Flex and Stretch path for a completion certificate; it does not provide yoga-teacher certification or CEUs.

Receive your materials and instructions
After payment is received, your study materials will be shipped. We’ll email instructions for registering and accessing your online quizzes and exams.
Start learning on your schedule
Study at your own pace and complete the program, including the final exam, within one year of registration.
