Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach (SAYCO) is launching its Online Charity Auction beginning September 14, 2026, with proceeds supporting our mission to provide accessible yoga and wellness programs for older adults throughout San Diego County.
For seniors, caregivers, families, and community members searching for yoga for seniors, senior yoga classes, chair yoga for seniors, or meaningful healthy aging activities in San Diego, SAYCO offers an approach specifically designed with older adults in mind.
Our programs help seniors explore movement in a supportive environment while building mobility, balance, strength, confidence, well-being, and social connection.
The auction gives our entire community another way to make those programs possible.

Why Silver Age Yoga Is Hosting an Online Charity Auction
Healthy aging is about more than exercise. It is also about having opportunities to move, connect with others, maintain independence, and remain engaged with the community.
Yet finding accessible and affordable senior fitness classes can be challenging for many older adults.
That is where Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach comes in.
SAYCO is a San Diego nonprofit providing health-enhancing and life-enriching yoga programs created for older adults. Our approach incorporates accessible, evidence-based yoga practices and adaptations that allow participants with different levels of mobility and experience to participate.
Classes may incorporate seated, standing, and mat-based practices, making Silver Age Yoga an option for people searching for adaptive yoga for seniors, beginner yoga for seniors, or gentle yoga for seniors.
SAYCO brings programs directly into community settings throughout San Diego County and also provides virtual opportunities for older adults who prefer to participate from home.
