Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach warmly invites you to join us for a deeply restorative Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath on Sunday, March 1st from 1–3pm.
This special afternoon is an opportunity to slow down, soften the nervous system, and allow healing vibrations to gently guide you into a state of profound rest.
Whether you are a long-time practitioner or completely new to sound healing, this experience is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and nourishing for all.
What to Expect
You will rest comfortably (chairs and floor options available) while crystal alchemy singing bowls create layered harmonic tones that wash over the body and mind.
There is nothing to “do.”
Simply lie back, breathe, and receive.
Participants often report:
- Deep relaxation
- Emotional release
- Improved sleep
- A sense of clarity and calm
- Feeling lighter and more centered
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable.
