Join Silver Age Yoga for our 2026 Sound Bath Series, featuring a different local sound artist or group from the San Diego community at each gathering. Every event offers its own unique combination of instruments, sounds, and approach to the practice of deep listening and relaxation.
September Featured Artists: Swirl of Sound
This September, we welcome Swirl of Sound for an immersive Vibrational Sound Journey and light experience.
Swirl of Sound brings together musicians Pablo Ledesma, Bob Grimmick, and Andy Laub, along with featured artists at select performances. Their sound journeys weave together gongs, drums, didgeridoos, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, Native American-style flutes, chanting, toning, and other instruments from around the world. The experience is accompanied by their signature aurora-inspired light show, creating an immersive environment for rest, meditation, and reflection.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillows if you would like to rest on the floor.
