Prior to joining SAYCO, Victoria Hobbs was the Owner and President of Corporate Developers of America, a company that provided business consulting and training to non-profit associations, small businesses, for-profit companies and the military. Much of her business centered on strategic planning, relationship building and board development and training. Recently she served as Executive Director of a non-profit organization headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA.

Vicki has been an active member of Soroptimist International for more than 35 years, joining the San Diego Club in 1981. She has held several club and region offices. Vicki served as 2004-2005 President of Soroptimist International of the Americas Federation. At the International level, she served four years as Chair of Constitution & Resolutions committee and was the Vice Chair for the 2011 Soroptimist International Convention in Montreal.

A graduate of Leadership California and LEAD San Diego, Vicki is active as a volunteer leader internationally and locally. In her community she has served on many boards including the San Diego Tourism Authority, San Diego Convention Center Corporation, the San Diego Regional Economic Development Board and the San Diego Workforce Partnership.

Vicki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and Juris Doctorate Degree.

Our Founders

In 2003, Frank and Serpil Iszak recognized a need for a different type of yoga that would meet the special health needs of seniors. They designed an entirely new style of yoga. This yoga is based upon the principles of geriatric science emphasizing the health-enhancing benefits.
